Considering the past, present and future of Ödemiş, design decisions were made in order to enable the development of the city as a result of the decisions in the first, middle and advanced scale. The city center focussed on the spatial recommendations for the revitalization of the city by creating the main axes in the north-south and east-west directions from the inside and outside of the city.
In particular, it was ensured that the green area in the passive position on the İzmir-Ödemiş railway route would be increased by activation and improvement of other green areas, increasing the visual and physical quality in the city center, creating spaces that would contribute positively to urban life and urban landscapes. The old road to the east-west was relieved until reaching the city center and was pedestrianized within the city center, and the rail road was taken under the ground without entering the competition area in the south west, and the north-south promename was created to connect the new public housing areas to be built under the urban transformation on the ground.
