In the design process, the existing gridal texture with the embassy structures and the residential texture were considered as design data. It is aimed to strengthen the perception in parallel with the protocol entry in the gray place where the embassies are located. Vertical placement of land slope has allowed the spatial setup to be solved by disintegrating at different levels.
The main entrance and congress hall spaces are the places where the building shell acts as cover and floor. The main entrance volume was considered as a meeting area and the foyer of the congress hall was solved at the upper elevation and the distribution of the density was aimed. The volumes that the shell acts as a cover and integrates are the hall halls, restaurant, café volumes, management, research and education units directly linked to the foyer and the main entrance. The guesthouse is the volume that can be covered by the inner garden and the structure..
