4500m2 of the 5200m2 project area is designed as a green landscape and it is aimed to enable the users to experience the peaceful environment of nature within this living area by moving away from the chaos of the city. The use of balconies and the opening to landscapes and green areas through balconies have been influential in the formation of building mass and have been effective in the formation of facade design.
