Development agencies are the institutions that follow the general data of the city in which it is located, which provide investment, strategic development, entrepreneurship, association of public and non-governmental organizations, public development and project development-development activities for the city. Therefore, the building to be designed will be integrated with the public, on the basis of transparency and in the form of public-fronted structure in visual-physical use.
The building offers variable vistas to the users with its large and small cantilever and balcony movements on the floor and in the general structure. This can also be seen as a reference to the different vista areas of İzmir in the geographic movements facing the west-Aegean.
