The project area is located in the Dereli district of Dulkadiroglu, Kahramanmaras. The project area has been designated as a municipal service area in the master development plan and 1650 m² of the 8442 m² parcel area is reserved as a recreational area.
The ground floor and 1st basement are directly accessible to the trade and cafeteria areas and the first floor trade-cafeterias and offices can be accessed directly from the central courtyard by in-house circulation. With this structure, it is a modern and simple architectural interpretation of the traditional commercial building. While the fringe covering the central courtyard partially emphasizes the entrance, it is aimed to be able to refer to the history of the city of Dulkadiroglu with the motif with traditional lines covering the eaves. As a facade material, concrete and GRC concrete are used to provide a simple and strong exterior effect.
